This auction will consist of 3 tracts.

Tract #1 consists of Cedar log cabins on 6 +/- acres commonly known as Kibbie Kabins nestled in the dense woods near Oblong, IL of Crawford County in Southeast Central Illinois. There are 3 cabins, one sleeps 2, another 6, and the largest sleeps 10. All are modern facilities with satellite tv, bathrooms with showers, and A/C and heat.
 
Tract #2 is a reception hall on 3 +/- acres that holds up to 250 guests, is equipped with a kitchen area, and 2 restrooms. The parking lot for the reception hall will accommodate more than 100 cars with proper parking. The property has been known for elaborate weddings and events.
