From the Hamburg: At the intersection of US-425 and Washington Street, travel west along Washington Street/Ashley CR-12 for 6.2 miles then take a left onto Ashley CR-423. Travel south of Ashley 423 0.4 miles and the property will be on the left (east) side of the road.
From North Crossett: At the intersection of AR Hwy-52 and AR Hwy-133, travel north on AR-133 3.0 miles and take a right onto Ashley CR-16. Travel eastward along Ashley CR-16 for 1.8 miles then take a left onto Ashley CR-423. Travel north along Ashley CR-423 for 0.5 miles and the property will be on your right (east).
